33pk Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operator of the 33pk platform ("33pk", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the website located at https://33pk.cam and all associated services, tools, features and content offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet or wager, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register for and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your use of the Service:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater. The 18+ age restriction alone does not render online gambling lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction where it is otherwise prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawful, and you bear sole responsibility for confirming this.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial organisation, syndicate or third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee or contractor of the 33pk operator or any affiliated entity.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform or any affiliated platform and do not have an existing active or suspended Account.
• You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement and are not subject to any legal incapacity.

Each User is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) Account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your Account. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

The operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your Account prior to notification of unauthorised access will be treated as having been authorised by you.

Deposits to your 33pk Account must be made using payment methods available in the Platform's live cashier at the time of your transaction. The availability of specific payment methods — including but not limited to mobile wallets, instant payment systems and bank transfers — is subject to change without prior notice and is determined by the operator and the relevant payment providers.

All deposits are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) where PKR is supported. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are determined by the payment processor and are separate from any fees charged by the operator. You are responsible for understanding all fees prior to completing a transaction.

The operator reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits on any Account. Deposits made using funds obtained through illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and any associated Account will be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of the operator's Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. KYC documentation typically includes, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo identity document and proof of address. The operator may request additional documentation at its discretion.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that you have previously used to make a deposit to your Account, or another method approved by the operator following a completed KYC review. The operator is not obligated to process withdrawal requests to payment methods that were not used during the deposit stage.

Processing timelines vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. Relevant factors include operator approval queues, compliance review requirements, payment provider processing windows and your KYC verification status. The operator does not guarantee any specific withdrawal processing time and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

The operator reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, regardless of prior KYC completion. Winnings arising from suspected fraudulent activity, system errors or bonus abuse may be withheld pending investigation.

From time to time, 33pk may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback arrangements or other incentives to eligible Users. The availability, value, structure and terms of any such offer are determined solely by the operator and are subject to change without notice.

• All bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, time limits and eligible games will be stated in the specific offer terms.
• A User may only claim a Welcome Bonus or a new-player promotion on their first eligible Account. Claiming the same offer via multiple Accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash and carry no monetary value unless and until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• The operator reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, reverse bonus-derived winnings and suspend or close an Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that bonus abuse, collusion or fraudulent conduct has occurred.
• Any figures referenced on this Platform in the context of bonuses or VIP tiers are illustrative examples only unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by the operator.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game type. These rules are accessible within the Platform's help and rules sections and form part of this Agreement.

Bets will only be accepted when your Account holds a sufficient confirmed balance to cover the stake at the time of placement. The operator reserves the right to void, cancel or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, including where a bet was accepted in error, where odds were manifestly incorrect, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect market manipulation or integrity violations.

In respect of sporting events — including Pakistan cricket matches, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, football, UFC bouts and esports competitions — the operator's decision on the outcome of any settlement query shall be final, subject to applicable game rules.

Casino and live casino games are governed by the rules and return-to-player (RTP) figures published by the game provider. The operator does not control the output of RNG or live dealer titles and accepts no liability for outcomes arising from individual game sessions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The operator reserves the right to take immediate action, including Account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to law enforcement, in response to any of the following:

• Creating multiple Accounts or facilitating the creation of multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other financially criminal activity.
• Exploiting system errors, software bugs or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known system errors are not payable and will be voided.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or other software to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming activities.
• Collusion with other Users or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing conduct toward Platform staff or other users.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.

33pk is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is an entertainment activity that carries genuine financial risk, and it is important to us that all Users engage with the Platform in a healthy and controlled manner. The following tools are available to all registered Users at no cost via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum PKR amount you are prepared to lose over a specified period. The system will enforce this limit automatically.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive configurable alerts that notify you of how long you have been active in a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent voluntary exclusion from the Platform. Once active, exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the 33pk Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, is the property of the operator or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform constitutes a work belonging exclusively to the operator.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without the operator's prior written consent.

Third-party trademarks, brand names and logos referenced on the Platform — including payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are the property of their respective owners and are used for contextual reference only. Their presence on this Platform does not imply any endorsement, affiliation or association with 33pk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or any other legal theory.

The operator's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User during the calendar month in which the claim arose.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

The operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason it deems sufficient, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, inability to verify identity or age, or regulatory requirements.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, the operator reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation and, where warranted, to permanently forfeit those funds. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to any breach by the User, any confirmed balance (net of any applicable bonus terms) will be returned to the User through a verified payment method.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period, regardless of any subsequent requests to the contrary.

The operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time in its absolute discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to registered Users via notification on the Platform or by email to the address associated with your Account.

Amended Terms will take effect at the time of publication on the Platform unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and request Account closure through customer support.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to ensure you are familiar with the current version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its principal licence. As 33pk.cam does not hold a licence from any Pakistani regulatory authority, Pakistani law does not constitute the governing law of this Agreement solely by virtue of a User accessing the Platform from Pakistan.

Users are reminded, however, that they bear independent obligations under the laws of their own jurisdiction — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) and applicable provincial legislation — regardless of the governing law of this Agreement.

In the event of a dispute between you and the operator arising from or in connection with these Terms, you should first contact customer support at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant regulatory body or adjudication service of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, as applicable.
